Overview of this Course
Yoga, Movement, Vibration, Beyond
Welcome! This course will take us through a tour of many modalities of movement, wellbeing and practice, in an effort to give you tools which you can apply to your life, your practice and your health! Some will be familiar, some not so much, and some will simply be foreign language and may not resonate completely with you.
The purpose of sharing all these practices, concepts and philosophies is not to give you the skeleton key to open life's great, mysterious doors, although that may be the case! The purpose is to introduce you to the practices I have taken on board and to share how I have blended them into my own recipe of a life of wellness.
Of all the info presented, listen for the nuggets which align with your soul, and continuously discern where you have the space to apply or deny these practices in your own life.
