Meet your instructor
Imagine learning yoga from someone who’s journeyed across continents, studying with masters and teaching thousands. For over two decades, Troy has devoted himself to this practice—not just as an instructor, but as a lifelong student himself. His path has taken him from intimate workshops in remote villages to bustling retreats around the globe, where he's witnessed the ways yoga can transform, uplift and elevate. What insights has he gathered on this path? And what depth has he discovered that only comes from a life spent teaching, learning and refining his practice?
With more than 250,000 students touched by his classes and over a thousand practitioners guided through his intensive trainings, Troy’s wealth of experience is something few can offer. This isn’t just about learning poses or sequences. This is a unique chance to experience yoga’s deeper teachings without needing to become an instructor to access them. Troy has carefully designed this course for students who want to expand their understanding of yoga—not by overwhelming you with technicalities meant for teachers, but by offering profound insights that bring purpose, clarity, and intention to your own practice.
Over the years, Troy has observed what engages students, what sustains growth and what leads to breakthroughs. His approach is informed by the very best of his teachings and learnings. What are the aspects of yoga that tend to be overlooked, even in rigorous training programs? What deeper practices can bring you to a place of stillness, focus and deeper awareness on the mat—and in life?
Through this course, Troy opens the door to those deeper dimensions of yoga, guiding you to enrich your practice with ease and understanding. His passion is to make these layers accessible, giving you guideposts and tools that resonate with your path—so you can deepen your journey without the extra step of becoming an instructor yourself.
Are you ready to take this journey inward? Troy’s here to share it with you.
