Flowtation
Move with the Essence of Life
Ever wondered how your body could feel if it moved in total harmony with energy?

Flowtation harmonizes breath, movement and energy, designed to unlock your body’s intuitive power.
From Play to Purpose: The Journey Behind Flowtation
Flowtation began as a simple love for movement. Growing up, I immersed myself in activities like skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding, driven by a desire to move in harmony with the natural world. At 21, my practice deepened when I discovered yoga and Qi Gong. These practices unlocked new insights, showing me that movement is more than physical—it’s an energetic flow that reflects our state of mind and being.
After years of mentoring with master instructors and exploring movement in every form, Flowtation emerged: a unique practice blending yoga, qi gong, and continuous, fluid motion. Today, with over 250,000 people impacted, Flowtation isn’t just a practice—it’s a way to connect with life’s natural rhythm. And for those willing to explore, it’s just the beginning.
